Achaar Theory does not process refunds or returns directly.
All refund, replacement, and cancellation requests are subject to the policies of the marketplace or food delivery platform from which the order was placed, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Swiggy, and Zomato.
Customers should raise any refund or return requests directly through the respective platform.
We strive to deliver products in excellent condition.
Order Cancellation

Returns
Since our products are edible and perishable, we generally do not accept returns once delivered.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days after approval.
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Refund timelines after processing depend on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided for:
