About Us
Achaar Theory began as an observation, a close study of the nooks and crooks of making pickles in our founder’s mother’s kitchen. Every batch of achaar followed an unspoken method such as the right balance of spices, traditional preparation, and the patience to let flavours develop naturally.
Over time, these methods were not just learned, but understood and what started as small batches for friends and family changed when her daughter shared them at her workplace, and one bite had people returning for more. Today, Achaar Theory operates on the same principles. Every jar is homemade using fresh vegetables, real spices, zero preservatives, and a low-oil formulation. Each step from ingredient selection to curing is to ensure that flavour is not just masked, but developed.
