Meet Mrs. Poonam Bharti, the mind behind Achaar Theory. Rooted in the living laboratory of her mother’s kitchen, she observed, learned, and perfected recipes the way they’ve always been passed down. Over the years, she learned her recipes by hand, the same way her mother and what began as small batches were shared with friends and family only to grow into something bigger. At Achaar Theory, every jar is a careful balance of ingredients and process with real produce, zero preservatives, minimal oil, and no additives. It’s not just pickle-making; it’s a refined approach to preserving freshness, taste, and nostalgia.
